Learn about ULI’s most anticipated report, Emerging Trends, and how it can be a resource to you on your journey to a career in real estate. Students participate in an Emerging Trends focus group and share their insight into the trends they are seeing in the industry.  The findings will be compiled into a write-up for the ULI website with acknowledgment to participating students.
