About the Quayside Collection

The Quayside Collection at Sentosa Cove is conceived as a mixed-use peninsula of land, surrounded by waterways and oriented toward a new residential waterfront lifestyle. It merges modern marina activities with architecture. With a site area of 12 acres, the development consists of three parcels: the Residences at W Singapore with 228 residential units; the W Singapore hotel, with 240 hotel keys; and Quayside Isle, with 27 food and beverage and retail units.

These parcels complete the master plan envisioned by Sentosa Cove. The design philosophy emulated waterfront resort living and towns in the Mediterranean and southern California. All buildings are oriented toward the adjacent waterway and marina, and views are carefully positioned to capture the most valuable perspectives. In addition, the project contributes to green development and is designed for people of all ages, physical conditions, and backgrounds.
