The VIBE is a mixed-use, mixed-income community development located right in the heart of the city of Oakland. Just minutes from Downtown Oakland and Jack London Square, the site is optimally located to reforge connectivity and spark a vibrant mix of homes, uses, and artistry to Oakland’s core.

Jury Comments: The jury applauded that the proposal respected the scale of Old Oakland and reflected it in the rhythm, orientation, and design of its buildings.
