Responding to Multifamily Foreclosure: a real-time case study of suburban multifamily foreclosures – ULI Chicago

Representatives from ULI Chicago and local market partners – the Villages of Arlington Heights and Oak Park, will speak about a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) convened to examine the complexities of suburban multifamily foreclosures in these two communities and develop recommendations to mitigate its impact. During this webinar, panelists will review the challenges associated with each foreclosure aspect, outline the municipal options in each circumstance, and discuss how the recommendations are currently being used in each community’s program.

This is a great opportunity for ULI public members to learn practical strategies and tools – drawn from real-time data and analysis –that can be taken and applied in their community.
