Join ULI’s Terwilliger Center for Housing and Infrastructure Initiative for “The Future of Housing and Transportation in America: Where are We Going?” at ULI Spring Meeting, Friday, May 17, 9:30-11:00 am. The session will explore the findings of America in 2013: A ULI Survey on Views on Housing, Transportation, and Community which will be released at the meeting. This dynamic session will highlight:
- How demographic trends are shaping preferences for where and how we live;
- Which community attributes are the most desirable to some of the fastest growing segments of U.S. population; and
- How the survey results can help inform developers and policy makers as they make housing, transportation, and placemaking decisions.
