The ULI Rose Center is building a national map of successful public-private partnership (PPP) projects. We’re holding a twitter contest to help us populate this map.
From Monday, September 24th until Friday, October 12th, the Rose Center will tweet a contest daily for followers to submit a project from your town, city, or state. The results will be listed on the ULI Rose Center foursquare account and will contribute to a designed map of PPP projects that will be displayed at the ULI Rose Center Mayors’ Forumin Denver, CO on October 18th.
Eligibility:
We welcome project nominations from around the world, but at this time, prizes can only be mailed within the United States. Any individual with a twitter account is eligible to enter. Please do not submit a single nomination more than once or create additional accounts in order to submit more entries.
To enter:
To nominate a PPP project, please send a tweet. Tweets should include:
- the name of the project (required)
- a rough geographic location of the project (required)
- a link to a webpage that includes more information about the project (suggested)
- Please include @uliRoseCenter and the hashtag #ulippp
Prizes:
Prizes will include Rose Center branded swag and books on urban design and development. New prizes will be announced daily via twitter, so please follow @uliRoseCenter.
When a prize is announced, the number of prizes available will be announced (xx), and the next (xx) entries will receive that prize. You can receive more than one prize if you nominate more than one distinct PPP project.
The small print:
Please follow all of the Twitter Rules. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of the judges. Winner will be notified by a tweet. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Decisions of judges are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. By submitting a nomination, entrants consent to the possible use of their name, Twitter name and any other part of their public twitter profile, for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
