The City of Carrollton is soliciting any planning and consulting firms or teams’ qualifications for a preliminary proposal to provide services for an update to the Downtown Master Plan. Request for Qualification Proposals may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically.

We highly recommend bid proposals be submitted electronically as this is beneficial to the vendors to ensure a complete proposal is submitted.
