Apply for a District Council Engagement Grant: Working through ULI’s network of district councils, H2H supports research partnerships, technical assistance, and local programs focused on addressing homelessness through real estate-driven solutions. The application period opens August 1, 2025, and district councils will be selected on a rolling basis.
