The multifunctional complex offers class A office space, a distinctive boutique cinema, a certified organic market, multiple food halls, and numerous restaurant and retail concepts.
Jury Statement: The jury commended Norblin Factory for maintaining the authenticity of its historic site throughout a complex development process, resulting in a project that provides a vast array of affordable high-quality services and cultural destinations for the people of Warsaw.
