Why Forum Istanbul?
Forum Istanbul, the largest retail project in Turkey and Europe, is built on an area of 165,000 m² with 175,000 m² of leasable retail space. The site was transformed from a customs zone to a commercial project, within a densely populated residential district. It houses the biggest number of international anchors including IKEA, Real, Praktiker and Saturn, along with 265 national and international brands. It offers extensive leisure activities, the most important of which is Turkuazoo, the first aquarium in Turkey. Other novel leisure concepts are, Magic Ice Museum and Jurassic Land. Besides cinemas, a bowling alley, an ice rink, play areas for children and dining concepts, many national and international activities are organized continuously to attract and entertain customers. Forum Istanbul has a contemporary urban feel and also a local touch in terms of its architecture, with boulevards, buildings, piazzas, fountains and works of art. Forum Istanbul is easily accessible by car and has a direct metro connection. It offers free parking for 4600 cars. The project will develop further with the adjacent office and residential projects soon to open.
