Suzanne Fallender serves as Vice President, Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), leading Prologis’s ESG team and the company’s ESG strategy, including cross-company alignment and goal setting, stakeholder engagement activities, and data management and disclosure. Prior to joining Prologis in January 2022, Fallender was Global Director of Corporate Responsibility at Intel Corporation. During her 14-year tenure with the company, she led numerous corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives, including the development and launch of Intel’s 2030 RISE strategy and proactive engagement with investors, customers, and employees on a wide range of ESG topics. Previously, she served as Vice President at Institutional Shareholder Services where she led the firm’s social investment research division and ESG-related proxy voting services for institutional investor clients. Suzanne holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BA in political science and music from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. She currently serves on the board of Net Impact, a non-profit which mentors and helps students and emerging leaders pursue careers in social impact and sustainability.

Heidi Creighton is a registered architect, a LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty, and a Fitwel Ambassador. Her work focuses on sustainability and wellness strategies and certifications for academic, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. As the National Head of Sustainability for Skanska USA Commercial Development, she leads strategic sustainable initiatives, the related strategy, procedures, and policies across the company’s portfolio. She has provided sustainability consulting services at the building and masterplan scales, as well as 3rd party certification management (LEED, Living Building Challenge, and WELL), post occupancy evaluation, and health and wellbeing-focused design. Heidi is a passionate advocate for a restorative-built environment, delivering socially, economically and environmentally sustainable developments. Prior to joining Skanska, Heidi led multiple initiatives within BuroHappold dealing with internal sustainability, wellness and diversity. The LA office received LEED-CI Platinum certification and Los Angeles Green Business certification. In 2014, Heidi led an internal happiness workshop for the LA office that resulted in a number of improvements including better lighting design, solutions to heating and cooling problems and a weekly office yoga program. Heidi has been active in the green building industry for more than 15 years and has served on the USGBC-LA Board of Directors since early 2013. She is an Officer of USGBC-LA in the position of Secretary.

Sydney brings over 16 years of professional and academic architecture, design, and construction experience to The Durst Organization. As Vice President of Sustainability & Design Management, her primary role is to support the company leadership’s vision for sustainability in ground-up development projects, existing building renovations, and building management. In addition, Sydney is responsible for our Design Management team that ensures high quality documentation and execution of all new construction, capital improvements, and tenant projects. The team is responsible for maintaining consistency and high-quality services in the management of a project’s development from inception to operation. Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Leasing, Engineering, Operations, and the Construction Departments, Sydney develops strategies for implementing guidelines, setting targets, and maximizing tenant engagement. She defines and refines design and construction sustainability criteria utilizing data from current green building rating systems health research and chemical red lists; and sustainability best practices in energy, water, indoor environmental quality, and cradle-to-cradle product manufacturing, use, and disposal. Sydney works closely with design consultants, construction teams, and manufacturers to ensure product selection, procurement, and installation all meet established design, performance, and sustainability criteria—not only to achieve outcomes on current building projects, but also to improve environmental standards and innovation in the industry at large. Sydney is a board member of the Building Energy Exchange and the NYLCV. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
