Diane Hoskins, Co-CEO of Gensler, has been appointed as the new global chair of ULI. She will succeed Peter Ballon, who served as global chair since 2021. Beginning in July of this year, she will serve as global chair for the next two years, providing guidance and further advancing ULI’s mission commitments. As a pioneer and innovator at one of the world’s most influential design firms and a fierce promoter of sustainability and equity in real estate, she is uniquely equipped to guide the organization during this unprecedented period of change for the industry and help create positive impact in communities around the world.
