Located in the center of Manhattan’s NoHo (North of Houston Street) Historic District, 41 Bond is an example of commitment to modern yet contextual design and high-quality construction within New York City’s landmarked neighborhoods. It is also the only new development on the famed Bond Street block to be fully composed of floor-through homes. Occupying almost 4,800 square feet (446 sq m), the ground-up construction features a facade of handcrafted bluestone native to New York, integrated landscaped window planters and marquee, and 50-foot-long (15 m) great rooms with bluestone fireplaces enclosed by south-facing 11- to 15-foot-high (3.3 to 4.5 m) sliding glass walls. Accessed beyond the walls of glass are 32-foot-long (9.7 m) board formed concrete cantilevered landscaped terraces and private planted gardens.
