Monica Jindia is the Vice President of Business Development at Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in Philadelphia. Monica credits ULI with changing her career path, giving her the tools to build her business and network, and grow within ULI. Monica is on the Steering Committee of the Women’s Leadership Initiative and is the Chair of its Philadelphia chapter. She is also the Co-Chair of Programs for the ULI NEXT Leadership Initiative and the Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI Philadelphia.
