How does climate change impact real estate investment, development, and planning? How do designers, asset managers, and public officials identify and mitigate new and unprecedented risks?
Join us for an exploration of the unique challenges presented by climate change, and how leading organizations are adapting their strategies accordingly. In this webinar, the sixth in the 2018 series of webinars presented by the ULI Responsible Property Investment Council, panelists will discuss their early experiences wrestling with these issues across the spectrum of real estate. Whether incorporating sea-level rise into design decisions, evaluating portfolio and asset exposure, or diagnosing community and infrastructure needs at a time when “the models are broken”, the questions raised by — and our responses to — climate risks can influence many aspects of real estate development.
