National Housing Exchange
Elevating and Replicating Success: Terwilliger Center Housing Exchange
In addition to implementing its study panel campaign, the Terwilliger Center launched a National Housing Exchange in November 2021.
The Housing Exchange is open to all the US and Canada Districts staff and members—meeting on a bimonthly basis to collaborate through peer-to-peer engagement and enhanced support from the Terwilliger Center.
The Terwilliger Center’s Housing Exchange aims to partner with District Councils to advance housing production and affordability by curating speakers and enabling peer-to-peer learning and collaboration among ULI members working in housing. During the last two years, we covered a wide range of topics, including –
- ULI’s Home Attainability Index
- Rent Regulations
- Residential Industry Trends
- Missing Middle Housing
- Office to Residential Conversions
- Housing Attainability in Resort Communities
All Housing Exchange meetings occur on the second Tuesday of every other month at 2 pm ET/ 11 am PT. The Terwilliger Center will send a calendar invite a month before every Exchange meeting. All attendees will be asked to RSVP.
