ULI/McCoy Symposium on Real Estate Finance
The ULI/McCoy Symposium on Real Estate Finance is an annual invitation-only forum that brings together leading executives in the world of real estate finance and investment to discuss and explore key trends and issues affecting the real estate capital markets and the real estate industry.
The meeting has been held annually since 1994. The executives who are invited are typically very high-level decision makers from major real estate investment and capital markets firms that are actively investing or lending in the commercial real estate market. Invitees are typically from major Wall Street firms, institutional investment management firms, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity firms, commercial banks, insurance companies, and leading private owner/development firms.
The meeting is designed to encourage and allow all attendees to participate in the discussion. The symposium has been generously endowed by ULI Life Trustee Bowen H. (Buzz) McCoy. Links to symposium summaries and articles are listed to the right.
