Dinner and Day Bookings
Council Dinner/Day bookings – We are in the middle of planning for the 2023 ULI Spring Meeting in Toronto. If you have not already, please contact Andrew Alix, ULI’s Director of Product Council Events, at [email protected] for support sourcing venues, finalizing contracts, and initiating payment for venues/vendors in Toronto.
Agendas
Council Agendas – Please find a branded version of the Council agenda template for Toronto here. We encourage you to use this to complete information related to timing and location for your Council’s activities while in Toronto. Using this template will help ensure consistent posting to the ULI webpage and Events app for the Meeting. Please submit all draft agendas to Carey Thorpe by March 31 so that we can format, upload, and include the agenda for your members to reference. Final versions are due April 28.
Council Tours
Council Tours – Looking for a tour for your members to add to your agenda on Council Day? We have facilitated a listing of tours offered by BDP Quadrangle. If you are interested in exploring one of these projects to tour, please let Jason Twiss know and he will connect you with the team at BDP Quadrangle.
Guests and Speakers
Guests & Speakers – Please send any names and emails of guests and speakers you have identified to Carey Thorpe (guests) and Andrea Schell (speakers). You can continue to add names to your guest list up until the Meeting. Once received, our team will send a confirmation and more information to the invited guests. As a reminder, guests are required to register at the in-person rate for the Spring Meeting. Please inform us if any of your guests should not pay the dinner fee. (Most Councils request their guests to pay their own way to dinner). As a reminder, Andrea will be sending guest suggestions/recommendations from various programs and sources. Please keep those in mind as you review your guest options for the Spring Meeting. Please reach out to Andrea with any questions related to the guest process.
Guest Exchange
ULI Americas/Europe Guest Exchange – The exchange offers members the opportunity to attend their counterpart council meeting at the ULI Americas Product Council Day which will take place at Spring 2023 Meeting and the ULI Europe Product Council Day which will take place at the Europe Conference 2023. Attendance at the Product Council Meetings will be offered free of charge but registration for Spring Meeting or Europe Conference and other expenses will need to be covered by the member themselves.
We are currently soliciting Americas Council Members with interest in attending a EUR Product Council Meeting during the Europe Conference 2023. A full list of Europe Councils can be found here. If you’re interested in taking part in the Member Exchange, please contact Andrea Schell. Members from EUR Product Councils will be shared with US Council Leadership teams to request guest opportunities during the Spring 2023 meeting.
Guest Payment Links
Guest Payment Links for Dinners/Receptions – In order for guests to pay for their dinner at the rate Council leadership sets, we have generated payment links for you to distribute to your guests. Please find the link for your Council’s guests here. Guest confirmation emails coming from ULI once you send us names will also include this payment link (unless you have previously requested otherwise). Please reach out to Jihanne Fils-Aimé if you have any questions.
