- ULI’s Embrace of Complete Streets Reaches around the World (uli.org, Feb. 26). A list and brief analysis of ULI Advisory Services Panels and Technical Assistance Panels in the last three years that recommend “complete streets” or otherwise emphasize walking and bicycling.
