Joseph was born and raised in Kenya within a community where housing inequities and high poverty levels are prevalent. From an early age he developed a passion for community service. Through this passion he got involved in various community revitalization initiatives such as financial literacy enlightenment and volunteer teaching activities to help economically empower his community. He has worked with his community as a property manager, a reputable realtor and volunteering to engage with various housing affairs stakeholders to improve the housing needs and safe sanitation of the community. He is passionate to the mission of attaining leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
Joseph has over 7 years of experience in real estate. He has an undergraduate degree in finance and banking from Kenya, a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in finance from the University of Nairobi Kenya, and a nursing degree, and he is currently pursuing a master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Buffalo, NY.
