Jessica Elliott is a licensed architect at Hart Howerton in New York City. Jessica is a first generation college graduate, earning a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida before completing a Masters in Architecture at Yale University. Jessica is as a member of Manhattan Community Board 11, serving on the Land Use, Landmarks and Planning committee, the Executive committee, and as Chair of the Environment, Open Space and Parks committee.
Jessica also serves on the NYC Steering Committee for ULI’s UrbanPlan program and volunteers regularly in the high school and college educational programs. Jessica is also a part of the 4th interdisciplinary cohort of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Health Leaders program working on issues of health equity in the built environment.
