This member-exclusive webinar aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the build-to-rent (BTR) sector. This event will address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the build-to-rent model, particularly in the context of post-pandemic shifts in work habits and the dispersion of the workforce. The expert panel will break down the forces driving the demand for this relatively new housing type, as well as the scale and durability of that demand. Development challenges such as land assembly, financing, entitlement and zoning issues, as well as the unique operational challenges for this hybrid housing product will be covered. This webinar will get you up to speed on how BTR is producing attainable housing in an environment of limited housing supply and higher interest rates.

We would love to hear from you before the webinar. Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey.
