DEI continues to be of critical importance to commercial real estate, and companies are growing in their sophistication of enhancing programs and policies meant to accomplish change in the industry. However, many stakeholders have noted that more progress needs to be made to meaningfully improve the experience of women, members of racialized groups, and other marginalized communities in the industry.

The third annual Global Real Estate DEI Survey 2023 provides insight into what companies are doing to achieve that progress. It also updates a vital benchmark for employee demographics around age, gender, and race/ethnicity across seniority and job function, as well as trends for common and impactful corporate practices of recruitment, retention, training, inclusivity, accountability, and pay equity. Join this webinar to learn more about the survey’s findings from 2023, and hear industry leaders address the state of DEI in real estate at the start of 2024.
