WLI Prologis Scholars Program
We are pleased to partner again with Prologis to offer scholarship awards to selected ULI women. Recipients will be assigned a senior level mentor who brings the winner to her Product Council activities at Fall Meeting in Dallas. Awards will be granted to applicants who have 7+ years in the real estate or land use industry, have demonstrated leadership within their District Council or on a national or global level, and are strong candidates for ULI Product Council membership. The award covers meeting registration, lodging and approved expenses related to travel.
Eligibility and Criteria for the WLI Prologis Scholars award include:
- ULI Commitment: Must show engagement and leadership responsibility within her District Council or on a national or global level. Applicant must show continued commitment to ULI after the Fall Meeting.
- Work experience: Have a minimum of seven years of experience in the real estate industry or related field, including development, architecture, planning, government, transportation, engineering, finance, sustainability, and nonprofits. Applicant must also show leadership and responsibility in her professional career.
- Product Council Readiness: Through professional experience, provides a unique and diverse perspective that will enhance the discussions within a Product Council’s programming and events.
- Commitment to mentoring women: Applicant must demonstrate her commitment toward sharing her expertise with other women in ULI.

WLI Innovation Grants for District Councils |
This Spring, six District Council WLI groups were awarded WLI Innovation Grants, totaling $30,000. The grants are designed to help raise the visibility and number of women in leadership roles in the real estate industry and within ULI’s membership. The recipient councils and grant amounts were announced at the WLI Leaders Meeting at ULI Spring Meeting in April 2022.
