Advisory Services Student Writers
Giving students the opportunity to participate in a hallmark program of ULI and learn from experts in real estate and planning as they tackle a current land use challenge.
ULI sometimes offering a paid opportunity for a current graduate student in real estate, urban planning and design, business, land use law, community and economic development, or a related field to join a virtual ULI Advisory Services Panel (vASP) and contribute to the Panel Report. The student will receive a stipend of $1,000. (Graduate student preferred; undergraduate or recent graduates also can apply.)

Elizabeth River Trail Foundation in Norfolk, Virginia – Virtual Advisory Services Panel (vASP), July 26 – 29, 2021
The trail is approximately 10.5 miles and connects parks, neighborhoods, commercial centers and Norfolk’s waterfront. The panel will focus on providing resilience and organizational/ funding recommendations for the Foundation as it works to enhance its impact for Norfolk.
