During the month of March, ULI joins the nation in celebrating the achievements women have made over the course of history — and joins the world in recognizing International Women’s Day on March 8 to celebrate women’s global impact and elevate the visibility of women.

We are committed to pursuing unrelenting efforts to shape the built environment toward diverse, equitable, inclusive communities. Throughout the year, we strive to intentionally acknowledge the historical importance and influence of women in the industry and invest in the next generation of women leaders in real estate.

This month, we are proud to amplify the women, allies, and projects that work to advance gender parity and equity in the commercial real estate industry. Our commitment to addressing the industry’s gender gap is reflected through our Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). WLI continues to strengthen its mission through efforts that promote the advancement of women, increase the number of women who serve in leadership positions, increase the visibility of women leaders, and increase the number of women who are active ULI Full members.

During our Spring Meeting in May, our community of industry professionals will have the opportunity to engage in WLI-centered programming, including signature View from the Top and Curated Conversations programs, and hear from dynamic women leaders who are experts in the field while strengthening professional connections with peers.

In the coming weeks, we will spotlight the many achievements of ULI’s women leaders and members, and projects with notable impact on women. Join us across our platforms as we celebrate Women’s History Month and the significant progress made to advance gender equity.
