Virtual Advisory Services Panel (vASP)
These 2.5-day panels are tailored to meet a sponsor’s needs, following the traditional Advisory Services panel process. vASPs convene a multi-disciplinary panel of 4 to 6 experts with a range of professional backgrounds and whose skills meet the needs of the identified challenge.
Using a problem statement, four to six challenge questions, and briefing materials, the panel convenes virtually to learn from the sponsor, engage in facilitated stakeholder interviews, and deliberate and build consensus on recommendations. Findings are presented to the sponsor at the culmination of the program. Sponsors receive a video recording of deliberations and an Executive Summary Report of panel recommendations.
Virtual Project Analysis Session (VirtualPAS)
Project Analysis Sessions encourage creative thinking and problem-solving between a sponsor and a multi-disciplinary panel of 4 to 6 experts on a succinct and direct intractable challenge. These intimate, conversational offerings are structured and facilitated to yield in-depth, project-specific, and pragmatic recommendations in a short period of time.
VirtualPAS are offered in two formats. Both offerings include a video recording of deliberations and an optional written memo of recommendations.
Half-Day VirtualPAS
This is a three-hour analysis of a specific challenge and takes place in an intimate, conversational format.
Full-Day VirtualPAS
This eight-hour offering builds on the half-day program and includes an opportunity to engage in a limited capacity with area stakeholders in addition to the VirtualPAS sponsor.
