James J. Curtis III is a Managing Partner and a founder of Bristol Group and has been an integral part of all of the firm’s activities since 1980. Mr. Curtis served as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute from 1996 to 2014. He recently served as Chairman of the ULI Foundation and is a current Foundation Governor and a member of the Foundation’s Legacy Circle. Mr. Curtis holds an M.S. degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Marquette University.
