J.C. Nichols was a private developer who believed in the public realm, and the ULI J.C. Nichols Prize honors individuals who, like Nichols himself, have had a significant impact on American cities. This panel convened six past Nichols laureates to discuss the role of the public realm, urban innovation, and what environments best foster the greatest impacts in our cities.
