Each year, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing awards program highlights the efforts of leaders across the country working to expand housing opportunity.
2014 Finalists
The Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards recognize exemplary developments that meet affordable and workforce housing needs in the local community. The 2014 finalists were:
- 30 Haven in Reading, Massachusetts
- Emerald Vista in Dublin, California
- Old Town Commons in Alexandria, Virginia
- Paseo Verde in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- The Box District in Chelsea, Massachusetts
The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Awards recognize innovative state and local policy initiatives that provide ongoing and sustainable support for affordable and workforce housing. The 2014 finalists were:
- The City of Austin in Texas
- The City of Pasadena in California
- North Dakota Housing Finance Agency
- Vermont Housing and Conservation Board
