Attending Fall Meeting? ULI student members who are registered for ULI Fall Meeting can attend the University Connections program for free. Please join us today at the convention center Room C146.

Not attending Fall Meeting? Register here for the University Connections program and pay the registration fee of $20. You will receive an email confirming that you are registered for the University Connections Student Programming ONLY. This pass does not grant you access to other Fall Meeting events; it simply puts you on the email list to receive a badge for access to University Connections events and information about the Fall Meeting COVID Mitigation requirements, which apply to the University Connections events.

1:00 pm – 1:30 pm CST – University Connections: Student Lunch

Join us for lunch and to meet other students and faculty ahead of our first session.

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm CST – University Connections: Emerging Trends for Students

* This session will be replaced by Peer Networking, as the presenter is unable to attend.

2:30 pm – 3:00 pm CST – University Connections: Student Learning Lab

ULI staff and members will be on hand to answer any questions students may have about specific opportunities with ULI and the various departments.

3:00 pm – 4:30 pm CST – University Connections: Networking Roundtables*

Please join us for an opportunity for students to meet ULI members and each other and engage in small group discussions about career pathways and preparation.

Buses for the Welcome Reception on Monday (subject to modification) at The Exchange Hall, 211 S Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 : 1 bus from the convention center departs reception at 4:30 pm; return trips at 6:30 pm. *Note the venue is also very walkable from the convention center and surrounding hotels.

Career planning can often feel like walking in the dark. Cafecitos create an opportunity for people to share life experiences and have an open conversation about career building and discovery. We begin every Cafecito with the assumption that no one knows everything but that each of us has something valuable to add. Come as you are, where you are, to enjoy deep conversations over coffee.

1. Hear from land-use recruiters on a panel about career pathing and resume building. More details to come.
2. Talk to leading industry company professionals about how they got to where they are -successes, pitfalls, and lessons learned.
3. Explore educational opportunities with ULI Learning to grow your knowledge in the land-use industry.
