Americas YLG Origins Impact & Connect Session

The YLG Impact & Connect session is a special event for young leaders (under 35) attending the conference. This session will be significant as the young leaders present a panel of the originators of the national Young Leaders group, affectionately called the OG’s. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the origins of the group and to the current platform as the group prepares to mark its coming 25th anniversary.

Following the panel, young leaders and other attendees will have the opportunity to engage in robust discussions on the future of young leaders and their impact on the CRE industry during facilitated roundtables.

Americas Young Leaders Group (AYLG) BYO Dinner

Each ULI Fall and Spring Meeting, the Americas Young Leaders Group organizes a “buy your own (BYO)” Dinner Meet-up event. This event is open to all young leaders under 35 attending the Meeting. No fee or registration is required. A location will be determined in advance and all registrants in this demographic will be invited to an informal dinner where each person is responsible for the cost of their own meal.

The ULI Spring Meeting Reception, hosted by the Americas Young Leaders Group, will bring together over 200 Meeting attendees and local members for networking and authentic connection. This separately ticketed event (additional fees do apply) is open to all Spring Meeting attendees and local Denver members. The registration fee includes drink tickets for the bar and hors d’oeuvres.

• What should I wear to the Spring Meeting?
  • Business casual attire is generally suitable for the Spring Meeting. If you are going on a tour, you will want to wear comfortable walking shoes.
• Will lunch and snacks be provided?
  • Yes. We will offer complimentary lunch each day as well as afternoon pick-me-ups.
• I have special dietary needs. How do I request lunch?
  • ULI will provide a variety of options to suit multiple dietary considerations. For specific requests, please contact a server during the meal function.
• Where do I go if I need help or have a question during the conference?
  • Our staff is committed to making this an effortless and memorable experience for attendees. For any questions at the event, visit the Ask ULI desk in the west lobby to the right of the escalators. We have staff on hand ready to answer all your questions and assist throughout the event.
• I am a first-time attendee. Do you have any recommendations for me?
  • We recommend you attend all General Sessions, the First-Time Attendee Networking Reception, and the New Member Breakfast.
