The Legacy Forum for Multifamily Housing, formerly the ULI/Carolyn and Preston Butcher Forum, is an annual invitation-only forum that brings together 30 to 40 executives from across the multifamily housing industry to explore various aspects of the industry, including shifts in public policies, trends affecting demand, and innovative financing.
The forum series has been generously endowed by Carolyn and Preston Butcher. Mr. Butcher, a ULI trustee and ULI Foundation Governor, is chairman and chief executive officer of Legacy Partners, a 45-year-old real estate investment, development and property management company based in Foster City, CA.
The forum series launched in January 2014 in Washington, DC with an exploration of the role of multifamily rental housing in the new housing landscape. Click here to learn more and access resources from the first annual forum.
The second forum will be held on May 12, 2015, in Houston, Texas.
