ULI is seeking a Research Fellow to carry out a research project under the auspices of ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI).

A significant number of studies have been conducted to analyze women’s issues in the professional workplace and strategies companies are taking to eliminate hurdles that women still face. However, these studies tend to focus on publicly-traded and other large companies, which are not representative of most companies in the real estate industry. The Research Fellow will be responsible for the research, analysis, and synthesis of a study analyzing how women can advance in our industry specifically.
