ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance Announces Three New Members: Kilroy Realty, the Howard Hughes Corporation and Morgan Creek Ventures

WASHINGTON (January 17, 2019) — The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greenprint Center for Building Performance, a worldwide alliance of leading real estate owners, investors and financial institutions committed to reducing carbon emissions across the global property industry, has announced the addition of three new members: nationally recognized real estate companies Kilroy Realty, the Howard Hughes Corporation and Morgan Creek Ventures.
Greenprint members are industry leaders on reducing carbon and building value across their portfolios. With more and more demand from investors and tenants alike for sustainability in the built environment, real estate owners are raising the bar for high-performance sustainable buildings.
