ULI Celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
May marks the beginning of the annual month-long observance and celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

Infrastructure investment has been a hot topic from Capitol Hill to local communities throughout the country. Our keynote speaker, renowned Policy Expert Beth Osborne, will discuss the recent infrastructure bill and other legislation to inform audience members as to its implications for cities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region and across the nation.
The keynote will be followed by a response panel with Lindsey Teel from the U.S. Department of Transportation who will talk about federal financing available for transit oriented development projects as part of the TIFIA and RRIF programs along with Dan Lamers of the North Central Texas Council of Governments to provide a local perspective. This response panel will be moderated by ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Transit Oriented Development Chair Brandon Palanker.
The event, hosted by ULI Dallas-Fort Worth, will be live broadcast on May 17, 2022 from 1:00 pm et to 2:30 pm et. Join the presentation in person as part of the district council’s LPC’s What’s New, What’s NEXT event.
