ULI Arizona’s 10^th Annual Trends Day Conference, “Shaping the Future: Arizona’s Drive to Excel,” is being called by ULI members the “best Trends Day ever!” With just under 900 attendees, the conference offered a day-deep dive into the most current state and national land use and real estate trends, with a focus on what to expect in the future, where the best opportunities can be found, and how these components affects both public and private sector partners. The keynote speaker was Rick Reilly, voted “National Sportswriter of the Year” eleven times since 1979, who is being rated by ULI members as the best speaker Arizona’s Trends Day has ever hosted.
