Mission

The Travel Experience and Trends Council (TETC) looks holistically at the trends that influence and impact the hospitality industry and both business and leisure travel. The Council will also look at how these trends impact commercial development closely tied to the success of the hospitality industry, mixed-use and commercial development. This Council explores new real estate products that may evolve from these trends, going beyond “head in the bed” discussions to consider destination, purpose of travel, and opportunities beyond the four walls of a property to create an overall travel experience for consumers.
