The virtual forum will explore the intersection of infrastructure and real estate to realize equitable resilience at the neighborhood scale.
The Lotus Campaign, a nonprofit that works to solve homelessness by engaging the private, for-profit real estate community, recently released an impact report on their first two years of work.
The organization was founded by ULI members and longtime Advisory Services panelists Philip Payne and Molly McCabe, along with former ULI staff Beth Silverman. The Lotus Campaign evolved from Payne’s experience on the 2017 Advisory Services panel on homelessness for Los Angeles, CA. Their Board of Advisors includes other ULI members and staff who have also served on Advisory Services panels, including Paul Bernard, Carlton Brown, Tom Murphy, and Ed McMahon.
The Lotus Campaign and the work of Philip Payne with the Advisory Services program was recently featured in NextCity.
