Why the Fullerton Heritage?
Fronting Marina Bay, The Fullerton Heritage comprises two conserved buildings, Clifford Pier and former Customs Harbour Branch building, and the newly-built Fullerton Bay Hotel. Its site area of 2.67ha is inclusive of 15,800sqm of water space. The planning guidelines were sensitive to the surrounding developments, hence the new building was limited to 6 storeys. The effective site coverage is 26.9%.
Designed as a 6-star luxury hotel to compliment the developments surrounding Marina Bay, The Fullerton Heritage consists of 98 rooms luxury hotel, and destination F&B. With the historical significance of the waterfront, a promenade was integrated in the design to allow for seamless connectivity to the civic district as well as the new downtown of Marina Bay. Activity-generating uses have also been planned for the waterbody, where specially designed floating structures will house restaurants, meeting rooms, spa facilities and a retail/entertainment club.
