Pointe on La Brea, located in the Fairfax neighborhood of Los Angeles, is a five-story permanent supportive housing residence with 50 studio apartments for individuals experiencing homelessness, providing much-needed support for vulnerable populations in an extremely high-cost area. The development prioritizes sustainability through the use of green building methods, including solar panels. This community offers on-site supportive services and a dedicated property staff, ensuring a nurturing environment for residents. The thoughtfully designed common spaces include a community room, public open area, case management offices, community kitchen, onsite laundry facility, shared courtyard, roof deck, and bicycle parking.
