425 Grand Concourse is a 26-story, 277-unit mixed-use, mixed-income project located in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. A premier example of sustainable design, the project currently stands as the largest Passive House-certified multifamily development in North America and will consume 70% less energy than a conventional housing project. The project units are affordable to households at a wide range of incomes (from below 30% to 130% of AMI), with 28 units designated for formerly homeless households.
