Do you know a talented individual who has demonstrated achievement and deserves to be recognized? If so, nominate him or her for the inaugural Urban Land magazine 40 Under 40 competition — a celebration of the world’s top real estate and land use leaders and visionaries under the age of 40.

Who’s eligible?
Eligible candidates are those professionals under age 40 (as of June 1, 2014) who are distinguished by their talent, professional achievements, and unique leadership.  Candidates need not be members of ULI.

What are the criteria?
We are looking for outstanding leaders in the real estate and land use disciplines, including development, design, finance, planning, sustainability, public policy and academia.

How do I nominate someone?
ULI members—of any age—are encouraged to nominate candidates. Simply fill out our online form available at uli.org/40under40.

Can I nominate myself?
Yes. Eligible ULI members are encouraged to nominate themselves.

What’s the deadline for nominations?
June 1, 2014

When does the special 40 Under 40 feature publish?
The winners will be profiled in the November/December issue of Urban Land magazine and will be recognized at the ULI Fall Meeting in New York City in October, 2014.
