10 Principles for Addressing Homelessness
ULI’s Homeless to Housed (H2H) team is leading a new effort to determine the private sector’s role in addressing the housing and homelessness crisis. With support from the Melville Charitable Trust, the 10 Principles for Addressing Homelessness: A Guide for Real Estate and Finance will connect real estate leaders with nonprofit housing and service providers to collaboratively define the real estate industry’s role and identify strategies for creating and preserving deeply affordable housing with supportive services.
The recently published 10 Principles for Addressing Homelessness: A Guide for Real Estate and Finance is now available on ULI’s Knowledge Finder.
