Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing 2025 Winner: The Aster
The Aster provides 190 apartments and 19,000 square foot of commercial space in downtown Salt Lake City.
The following are links to the winners and finalists of the ULI’s Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards. The awards honor developments that ensure housing affordability for a range of incomes, particularly for households earning below 120 percent of area median income (AMI), or mixed-income developments that serve households below 60 percent of AMI. Before 2014, only developments serving those earning 60–120 percent of AMI were eligible.
