The “ULI Real Estate Economic Forecast” is a semiannual survey of economists and analysts at the nation’s leading real estate organizations.

The semi-annual forecast findings include both near-term and longer-term projections for 27 key economic and real estate indicators, ranging from GDP and employment figures to commercial real estate transactions and property sector performance.

The most recent results were released at ULI’s Spring Meeting on April 9, 2024, and involved 39 economists/analysts at 34 leading real estate organizations.
