Greenprint Real Estate Members
Greenprint members are leading real estate owners, investors, and development firms committed to reducing carbon emissions meaningfully across their portfolios by 2030, and sharing best practices with peers in the Greenprint community.
The full Greenprint community includes real estate members, companies dedicated to sustainability who own/develop/invest in buildings; innovation partners, which connects Greenprint members to new technologies and service providers; strategic partners with shared missions and visions; and ULI broadly, including local district and national councils and other research centers globally.
Greenprint Real Estate Member Benefits

Membership costs
Annual membership fees are based on an organization’s total assets under management ($USD):
- Under $1 billion AUM—$5,000;
- $1 billion to $5 billion AUM—$7,500;
- $5 billion to $20 billion AUM —$10,000; and
- Over $20 billion AUM—$15,000.
Greenprint Real Estate Members
As of October 2022, the Greenprint collective portfolio includes 2.37 billion square feet (220 million square meters) of office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hotel properties. The 10,190-plus buildings in the portfolio are located across 32 countries, and Greenprint members hold over $1.18 trillion USD (€1.0 trillion) in assets under management (AUM), which is almost 5 percent of the value of high-quality commercial properties globally.
