Greenprint Performance Report

The ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance is pleased to present the State of Green: Greenprint Performance Report, Volume 13. As one of the largest global collections of transparent, verifiable, and comprehensive data about the environmental performance of buildings, this report provides aggregate benchmarks for the real estate industry on carbon, energy, waste, and water, and shows that despite the larger trend towards rebounding carbon emissions post-2020, Greenprint members in 2021 continued to reduce carbon emissions by 4.4% by procuring new on-site and off-site sources of renewable energy.

Individual Reports

ULI Greenprint members also receive an annual individual member report that compares their environmental performance to other Greenprint member portfolios and benchmarks individual asset against Greenprint member assets similar in location and size.

Sustainability Benchmarking and Reporting Platforms:

Since 2016, Greenprint has partnered with Measurabl to leverage its software tool in support of Greenprint member data collection, analysis, reporting, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Since 2020, Greenprint has partnered with Conservice to access its software tool in support of member data collection, analysis, reporting, and to identify opportunities for improvement. Conservice is an intelligent, comprehensive, and intuitive platform for ESG management. It helps businesses establish, monitor, and communicate ESG initiatives that attract capital, accelerate growth, and mitigate risks.
