ULI Greenprint: Reduce Carbon, Build Value
ULI Greenprint members are leading real estate owner, investor, and development firms committed to reducing carbon emissions meaningfully across their portfolios by 2030 and sharing sustainability best practices with their peers. As of October 2023, the ULI Greenprint portfolio includes:
- 8.6 billion square feet (800 million square meters) across all asset classes
- 27,000+ properties globally
- Over $4.4 trillion USD (€3.9 trillion) in assets under management (AUM), which is more than 5 percent of the value of high-quality commercial properties globally
To join ULI Greenprint, companies must:
- Be real estate owner, investor, and/or development firms
- Have real estate as their primary source of business and industry
- Commit to reporting annual asset-level environmental performance data to be aggregated in State of Green
- Pay annual member dues (more info below)

Member Dues
ULI Greenprint is a company-level membership. All sustainability staff from member companies are welcome to participate in ULI Greenprint. ULI Greenprint membership includes two annual benefits that enable members to engage with ULI more broadly:
- One full individual ULI membership (worth ~1,300 USD)
- One ULI Major Meeting registration (worth ~$2,000 USD)
Annual member dues are based on each company’s global real estate assets under management. For merchant developers, dues are based on annual development revenue.
