Innovation Partners
As the global real estate industry progresses toward net zero, diverse ESG technology and service providers have emerged to support real estate on everything from renewable energy procurement to social metrics tracking to portfolio-wide decarbonization planning. ULI Greenprint’s Innovation Partners share their expertise with ULI Greenprint real estate members through webinars, in-person panels, and piloted service offerings or resources.
Innovation Partner membership is limited to a few companies at a time (for up to two-year terms) to enable meaningful connections between members and vendors. All eligible Innovation Partners must have worked with a ULI Greenprint member in the past who nominates them to join the program, subject to ULI Greenprint member approval.
